Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 13, 2026
Welcome to Babymish. Your privacy and your baby's safety are our priorities. This policy explains how data is handled.
1. Camera and Audio Permissions
- Local Network Only: Video/audio streams are transmitted within your local WiFi network.
- No Cloud Relay: Data is not routed through third-party relay servers for this mode.
- No Recording: Live streams are not persistently recorded by default.
- Photos (stool observation) and cry audio are analyzed for informational output.
- Data is processed for analysis flow; users should avoid sharing unnecessary personal data.
- Users may attach documents/photos to records for personal history tracking.
- Custom recordings are intended for user-controlled playback.
2. What Data Do We Process?
Only the limited data needed to run the app is processed. Your personal data is never sold.
- Account details: first and last name, email address, date of birth, role (mother, father, caregiver, camera) and your chosen language. With Apple or Google sign-in, the name and email shared by that provider are used.
- Baby and care records: baby’s name, gender and date of birth; feeding, sleep, diaper, height-weight, fever, medicine, vaccine, teething, doctor appointment, milk stock and task records; and any notes, photos and documents you add.
- Sharing and community: partner or caregiver invites, posts and comments you write in the Community, and feedback messages.
- Notification token: a device notification token so reminders and partner notifications can be delivered.
- Purchase status: whether a Premium subscription is active. Card details never reach us; payment is handled by Google Play or the App Store.
3. Analytics: Firebase Analytics (Google)
We use Google Firebase Analytics to improve the app. The goal is to understand which screens and features are used and to find errors and obstacles.
- Collected: automatic events such as screen views, sessions and first open; feature events and their types (for example “feeding entry added, bottle”), viewing the subscription screen and watching a BabyCam ad; app version, device model, operating system, language, approximate country and the random app instance ID Firebase assigns to the device.
- Not sent: your baby’s name, health values (fever, weight, height, etc.), notes in entries, photos, your email address or location are not sent to Analytics.
- Retention: Event data is kept for the period set in the Firebase project (at most 14 months) and then deleted automatically.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the service. If you want to opt out of analytics, write to support@sixtyfourlabs.net or use the advertising/tracking settings on your device (see below).
4. Advertising: Google AdMob
Ads are shown in the free version. Interstitial ads are not used; rewarded ads open only when you press a button (for example to unlock BabyCam for 1 hour) and banner ads may appear on some screens. No ads are ever shown on the camera device. Premium has no ads.
- AdMob may use the advertising ID (AD_ID on Android, IDFA on iOS) and device information to serve and measure ads.
- In regions where it is required, a Google consent form (UMP) is shown on first launch; you can change your choice at any time.
- On iOS we request tracking permission (ATT); if you decline, the advertising ID is not used. On Android you can reset the advertising ID or turn off personalization under Settings → Google → Ads.
5. Other Service Providers
- Supabase: your account, baby records and uploaded files are stored on this infrastructure, which also handles sign-in.
- RevenueCat: verifies Premium subscription status with Google Play and the App Store.
- Google (Gemini): content you submit in the AI Health Center for stool photo and cry sound analysis is processed to produce the result.
- Apple / Google: if you choose to sign in with these accounts; store payments are processed by these companies.
These providers may process data on their own servers, so your data may be transferred outside Türkiye or the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses and security commitments.
6. Retention and Deletion
Your account and baby data are kept for as long as your account is open. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete Account) or through the Delete Account page; the related data is removed permanently. Delete Account page
7. Your Rights
Under the Turkish KVKK and the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to the processing of and port your data. Write to support@sixtyfourlabs.net for any request.
8. Children’s Privacy
Babymish is for parents and caregivers; it is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them. Records about your baby are entered by you as the parent.
9. Educational and Informational Notice
Babymish is not a medical diagnosis or treatment service. AI outputs are informational; consult a professional about any health matter.
10. Data Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and protected with access controls. The security of your home network and account credentials is your responsibility.

This policy may be updated. We announce significant changes on this page; the current version is shown by the date at the top.
