Welcome to Babymish. Your privacy and your baby's safety are our priorities. Babymish is a modern digital notebook that records the information parents enter about their babies and shows it back to them; it does not provide medical guidance. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is processed, and what your rights are.
When you use "Sign in with Google", we only receive your name, email address, and profile picture (if available) from your Google account. We do not access any other data from your Google account (emails, files, calendar, etc.).
Email Sign-up:If you sign up by email, your email address and password are stored securely through our authentication provider (Supabase). This information is used only to create your account and verify your identity.
The core function of Babymish is to record the information you manually enter and show it back to you. This data may include:
This data is stored on our secure servers (Supabase) linked to your account and is shown only to you (and to a co-parent you choose to share with). We do not sell this information.
For features such as stool photo analysis and cry-sound analysis, the photo or audio you submit is sent to a third-party AI service (Google Gemini) to generate an informational comment.
No Storage: These photo/audio files are processed in real time and are not permanently stored on our servers. AI outputs are for informational purposes only and are not medical diagnosis or treatment.
The app includes a community area where users can post public comments. Comments you post can be seen by other users. To keep this a safe environment:
In the free version, ads are shown through a third-party ad network (Google AdMob). Premium subscribers do not see ads.
AdMob may collect device identifiers (e.g., advertising identifier/IDFA) and usage data to serve and measure ads. On iOS, an App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown at launch for personalized ads; if you decline, you are shown non-personalized ads. See Google's privacy policy for AdMob's data practices.
Babymish uses the following third-party services to provide its functionality:
Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not access your credit card/payment information; this is handled by the respective store. We process your subscription status to enable premium features.
Babymish is designed for use by parents/adult guardians, not by children. The app is not directed to children. Data about the baby is entered by the parent/legal guardian who owns the account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app or via delete-account.php . After a deletion request, your data is permanently removed within a reasonable period.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. To exercise these rights, you can use in-app settings or contact us. You may have additional rights under the laws of your country (e.g., KVKK, GDPR).
Babymish is not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice service. Developmental information and AI outputs in the app are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for consulting a healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor for health-related decisions.
Standard security measures are applied to protect your data. The service providers we use (Supabase, Google) may process data on servers in different countries; by using the app, you acknowledge that your data may be processed abroad. Home network and account security remain user responsibilities.
We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you in the app or on this page. The current date is shown at the top.
