By using the Babymish mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: Babymish does not provide professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Developmental information and AI outputs are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for consulting a healthcare professional.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By creating an account or using any feature, you agree to these terms. Babymish is designed for parents and adult caregivers. To use the app, you must be of the appropriate age in your country and be the parent or legal guardian authorized to enter the baby's information.

2. Description of Service

Babymish is a baby tracking and journaling app that records information entered by parents and shows it back to them. It includes features such as BabyCam, AI-supported informational modules, a community area, and parent sharing. The app does not provide medical guidance.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use.

4. AI Health Center Limitations

AI outputs are non-clinical and should not be treated as diagnosis.
Always seek professional medical advice for any baby health concern.

5. BabyCam Usage

BabyCam is designed for live monitoring and does not record streams.
Users are responsible for home network and account security.

6. Community Rules and User Content

ZERO TOLERANCE: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. By using the community features, you agree not to post offensive, obscene, illegal, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content.

You can report objectionable content and block other users.
We review reported content within 24 hours and reserve the right to remove objectionable content and the user who posted it.
We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You are responsible for the content you post. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content within the app.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Babymish is free to use; the free version shows ads (Google AdMob). A Premium subscription removes ads and unlocks additional features.
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective store.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and its content belong to SixtyFour Labs. Some sounds and media in the app are used under appropriate rights from licensed/royalty-free sources (e.g., Pixabay) and may not be extracted from or sold separately from the app.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only in a lawful manner; not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, attempt to breach its security, or violate the rights of others.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account if these terms are violated. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or via delete-account.php.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SixtyFour Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued usage implies acceptance of the revised terms.
