QUICK START
New Measurement Record
- Tap Add Measurement.
- Enter height (cm), weight (kg) and head circumference (cm).
- Select measurement date; align with doctor exam date.
- Charts and percentile values update automatically when you save.
WHO PERCENTILE
Growth References
- Each measurement is compared to WHO 2006 growth references.
- Percentile values (e.g. P50, P75) are shown on the chart.
- Gender-specific girl or boy percentile curves are used.
